This bid is based on our understanding of the information supplied to us. While we make every effort to ensure that the bid is correct, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to check the bid for errors. Submittal of this order does not constitute an agreement to sell until accepted by Management of Berlin’s Restaurant Supply, Inc.
All orders are subject to credit approval from Berlin’s Restaurant Supply, Inc. and may require a deposit or a UCC filing. Any non-stock or special order items or equipment are subject to a minimum 50% deposit to hold order.Items do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated. IF FREIGHT IS QUOTED IT IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY AND MAY VARY FROM ACTUAL FREIGHT BILLED. All deliveries are dock level curbside without a delivery appointment. Any non street level or un-crated, set in place deliveries must have an appointment scheduled for delivery. Necessary parts for mechanical or electrical connections from rough ins to equipment or labor for installation or final hook-up are not included. Buyer is responsible for making certain that your premises provide the proper electrical and or gas supply that plumbing lines are properly sized, and the doors and passage ways will accommodate the equipment being purchased.
It is the responsibility of the customer accepting merchandise by delivery or direct shipment to note any visible damage on the bill AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Concealed damage for direct/drop shipments must be REPORTED TO THE FREIGHT LINE. In the event of such damage, it is the Customer’s Responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier involved within 24hrs.
INSPECT ALL PACKAGES FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE AS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS FOR DAMAGE AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN AFTER DELIVERY HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. IF FREIGHT OR DELIVERY DAMAGE IS NOTICED PLEASE REFUSE THE DELIVERY AND NOTIFY YOUR SALESMAN OR CONTACT THE STORE.SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION AND MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE. RESTOCKING AND FREIGHT FEES APPLY FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
If less than factory case lots or below factory minimum orders are placed there will be a broken case charge and minimum order charge applied to order.
Berlin’s Restaurant Supply, Inc.IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS IN MANUFACTURING OR TRANSIT DELAYS OR LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSITEquipment carries standard factory warranties only and does not include labor costs or transportation costs on anydefective parts replacements.
ANY AND ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE HANDLED BY FACTORY AUTHORIZED AGENTS ONLYPLEASE NOTE THAT TAXES ON THIS BID ARE ESTIMATED AND THE EXACT LOCAL AND STATE TAXES WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE FINAL INVOICE
